Shipping policy

At LADSKN, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

During product launches, promotions or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Australia Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers including Australia Post and other courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

New Zealand Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–14 business days

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is supplied and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to weather events, courier network disruptions, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
